• Verification Documents: Aadhaar Card details and scanned files, Driving License details and photos (strictly for Driver partner onboarding).
• Geolocation Telemetry: Precise live background location coordinates (strictly for drivers online to facilitate booking matching and track in-flight deliveries).
• Transaction History: Fares, base rates, stops history, and wallet ledgers.

2. How We Utilize Your Data

All personal and geolocation data is processed solely on lawful grounds for the fulfillment of logistics dispatches:

• Verifying and onboarding driver partners through secure backoffice admin KYC approvals.
• Matching and routing deliveries to available close-proximity driver partners.
• Providing realtime, in-flight booking updates and GPS tracking map coordinates to customers.
• Ensuring platform integrity, preventing fraud, and executing automatic fare distributions.

3. Secure Document Storage & Retention

All uploaded document scans (Aadhaar cards, Driving licenses, Avatars) are stored in secure, private Supabase Storage buckets locked behind custom Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Document retention conforms to regulatory compliance and KYC guidelines. We do not sell or lease your identity documents to any third-party marketing services.

4. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

As a data principal, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or complete erasure of your personal data on our servers. You may contact our designated Grievance Officer at any time via the platform's support panel or by raising a ticket at Help & Support.

5. Third-Party Location & Mapping Services

To show accurate maps and help you choose pickup and drop points, we rely on third-party mapping providers:

• Location search & address lookup (Ola Maps / Krutrim):when you search for a place, drop a pin, or use "current location", the text you enter and the coordinates involved are sent to Ola Maps to return matching addresses. This data is processed by Ola Maps under its own privacy policy and is used only to return location suggestions.
• Map display:map imagery is served by OpenFreeMap / MapTiler, and the underlying base-map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the ODbL.

We do not sell your location data or use it for advertising. It is shared with these providers strictly to render maps and resolve addresses for your bookings.
